To do this efficiently, PSA set up a tool chain that seamlessly supports elementary process steps from creating the architecture to actual implementation. JTEKT France has defined and deployed a highly efficient and ISO 26262 compliant model-based development process for the development of AUTOSAR software components. Within this toolchain BTC EmbeddedTester is used for Requirements-based Testing of models and code with full requirements traceability as well as for the Back-to-Back Test using automatically generated test cases. The toolchain was presented at several conferences in 2016.
