New Release of BTC EmbeddedPlatform 2.1
The new release BTC EmbeddedPlatform 2.1 is now available.
One highlight of this release are local verdict functions, which can be used to define flexible and individual evaluation criteria for requirement-based test cases. This capability is available inside of the integrated test case editor and allows the specification of user-defined passed / failed conditions - for each test step and signal. One example usage can be, to check whether or not a certain signal or a certain variable is bigger or smaller than another signal / variable at a specific point in time.
Further new features include:
- User-defined signal generators
- Support for simulink enumeration types
- New import/export format for test cases, preserving all meta data like formulas, comments and hidden signals
- Function call coverage as part of the built-in code coverage goals
